Problem with PC MASTER OUT switch on OBS

Hi,

Im having a hard time tryin to stream using OBS.

Im following this article --> Streaming with OBS + a DDJ (Windows) – Pioneer DJ
when doing this i get sound simultaneusly from pc speakers and speakers connected to ddj-flx4 via RCA. If i lower the pc speaker using windows, OBS meter also goes down so no stream sound. If i turn off "PC MASTER OUT" on Rekordbox, same effect, obs meter goes down.

I think built-in audio of flx4 is good enough compared to my previous controller (s2 mk3) so i would like to get this to work before considering adding an external audio interface to the combo.

Any help? Thanks,
Nicolás

Gabriel

That article is old and official guide of OBS is the following URL.

It might work with DDJ-FLX4 WASAPI as a soundcard.

Thank you Gabriel!.

Sadly, obs wont pick up sound when following this guide. Same thing happened with my previous controller. All good until i want to add obs. Maybe i'll have to add a external sound interface (Behringer U-PHORIA)

Thanks again for the help ♥

Ok, i got it working. This happened to me before. Only way was connecting an additional rca cable from output 3 and 4 of the behringer U-Phoria to the 1 & 2 inputs of same audio interface and then set in obs a new input audio and voila...

I don't understand what im doing wrong but seems to work that way

Edit: now the premix is heard on stream output lol.. im dizzy after few hs. of trying settings...will try again tomorrow.
