No sound from new djm-s11
I just purchased a new out the box DJM-S11 mixer. I installed the drivers for the mixer, connected all the cables to mixer from the turntables and connect the mixer to my monitor speaker. I am running Serato on my laptop and checked all of the output settings in the S-11 UTILITY. I can hear sound from the headphone but not from the speakers. I only had the mixer for 4 days and is looking to return it and get a refund if I can not get it resolved quickly. Any help and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Might sound silly, double check that trim isn't set to zero.
Same goes for the booth and master level.
Which audio outputs are you using to connect the speakers? And which speakers are you using?
