OPUS-QUAD left decks not responding

Hi 

URGENT HELP!

I have an OPUS-QUAD new out of the box. This unit has the latest firmware 1.10.

The decks on the right work perfectly but the decks on the left are not responding. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I would contact the seller and send it back, a ribbon cable most likely came out or a board is bad, nothing you can do to resolve it yourself unfortunately
