Rev 1 crossover issue

Good day , have an DDJ Rev 1 with the following issue :

The left hand side of the crossfader cuts in about 2 cms in regardless of the different crossfader settings within the utility function. The right side of the crossfader is fine and works as expected (cuts in at a couple of millimeters).

Is there a factory reset or calibration procedure to fix this ? Using the Utilities doesn't fix this issue and i cant have it replace unit replaced . I just want a fix .
