Ddj rr issues

hello, I bought a used ddj rr 5 days ago. what happens to me is that from time to time the song stops and continues (for a few seconds). I'm using a mac pro m3 Sonoma, I'm using new cables, I've changed ports, installed the latest driver and firewire and the same thing again. I note that I own both a ddj 1000 and a ddj 400, and they work perfectly
