REV-1 Channel Cue Buttons Not Working

I'm using Serato DJ Pro 3.1.5 and the channel cue buttons on my REV-1 aren't working correctly. The only audio being routed to my headphones is the master. If I cue up a single channel, nothing changes. In the software, the Master Cue button is enable and cannot be disabled.
