Customer service reps calling me from their personal cell to threaten me after being transferred

I reached out to the 3rd party company that handles AlphaTheatas  ticket creations.   I was reached back to 2 days after with instructions, I send all the information and then some.  after 6 days of no response from them, I called the number back to get answers as to why.  I spoke with a rep who was unable to help me and kept putting me on hold.  After a long period of time she picked back up and said sir I have all your information and I am creating a ticket for you, Odd thing was, I had not provided her a single piece of information other than the model I was calling about.  She then transferred me to what turned out to be multiple supervisors trying to resolve the issue.  As I was on the call with the higher ups, I received 2 restricted calls back to back and then a Mississippi area code, I do not know anyone in Mississippi so I decided to call it back to see who it was and what they wanted.  A woman answered the phoned promptly and said "if you talk to me like that at work again, I'm going to kill you"  and then quickly hung up.

I then called the number back from another phone which went straight to voicemail.  Which by luck was her voice saying her FIRST and LAST name.  I then proceeded to call alphatheata back to discuss this issue.  I asked the 2 supervisors I had already spoke to a few minutes prior and questions if there was an employee there by the name I gave them, the at first denied that she did. but after explaining that I had the workers FIRST and LAST name and person cellphone number, that it would be a little odd if you didn't have someone there by that name.  I was put on hold for a few minutes.  When they finally rejoined the call, they admitted that she is actually an employee and she was indeed the rep that I had just spoke with.

I was then informed that the situation was being escalated.  A short while late I received a call from what was explained to be an HR rep named Rosalina.   She began the conversation apologizing over and over and explained that she listened to the calls prior to reaching out to me, and noted several times that I was polite and did not verbally abuse anyone, I did not raise my voice, and kept a calm demeanor.  She then informed me that the employee was immediately fired.  I explained to Rosalina that this was "A good start" but I was still not satisfied with the service I was receiving.

My controller is still broken, I am getting ZERO response from AlphaTheata directly, I've requested the 3rd party company who runs the inbound customer services number, only to be denied that information by 4 employees.

Is there anyone that works here? someone with a direct phone number?  An email address to their legal department at this point? Frustration is not even remotely close to what I am feeling right now.
