bad Fixture for Eurolite TMH X12 13 chs

Please correct the fixture for the Eurolite TMH X12 device, as it is not working properly— the device moves but does not light up. The likely cause is the missing default value for channel 4 (shutter), which should be set to 255. At the moment, it appears as if the shutter is at value 0 (closed), which prevents the device from lighting up. I kindly request a fix for both the 13 and 15 channel versions.
