I don't know maybe it was a bad time to switch to Pioneer/RB but why on earth ppl don't help here?!
I understand maybe official support is overwhelmed or frustated because people don't read or answer back, but us users can help eachother! This forum is giving me spoiled rich kid vibes.

I will continue to help with my very little controller knowledge when i can and i encourage you to do the same.
