Owner Registration Interface2

Hi,

I'm sure that I've read an Information that it's possible to register Devices to use the unlockfeature also when the device is not connected.

In my case I've registered an Interface2 and a DDJ-SX but i just can use the DDJ-SX in Performancemode when the Interface2 is connected.
rekordbox is connected to my Account where I've registered the two devices. The devices are shown in the Device-Registration.
Owner Registration is not available in my profile and is greyes out in Rekordbox - I am using rb vers, 7.02.

Whats wrong?
