DDJ400 - 6th pad flashing. New laptop

Dears,

I know it is power issue but dont understand why.

- laptop is brand new and connected to charger. I think there should not be issue even if it is not charging.

- it has usb 3.0 ports

- maybe cable?

- nothing else is conected to laptob beside mouse but come on, it dont take that much power.

- it was working ok on different laptops, even much older...
