serato won't work on my pioneer CDJ-3000

I just Purchased pioneer cdj -3000 and pioneer DJM- A9 mixer. it works great with virtal dj program, but when i try serato , the Cdj-3000 don't recognize serato. the 3000's see the computer but not the progam.

Hi Andre,

Please note that the CDJ-3000 is compatible with Serato DJ Pro, however, a license will be necessary to unlock the software in MIDI/HID control mode.
