Best way to import the folders containing my tracks?

I have a folder on my laptop hard drive that contains many subfolders.(

Each subfolder is categorised as a genre containing tracks of that genre

Whats the best way for me to import these folders/tracks so as to maintain the same organisation/categorisation of genres identifiable within Rekordbox?
