We are not sure we understand how you use the external hard drive.
If you imported the music files from the external hard drive and set the hot cues in the Collection, you can export the tracks with the hot cues to USB device.
But if the tracks in the external hard drives were exported from the Collection and set the hot cues directly in Device, you need to import the hot cues to the Collection first, then export the tracks to USB device.
If the tracks exported to the external hard drive still remain in the Collection, select the tracks in the Device and execute "Update Collection" in the right click menu. So the hot cues will be imported in the Collection.
If the tracks exported to the external hard drive don't exist in the Collection anymore, you need to import the tracks from Device.
Create a playlist in the Device and add all tracks in the playlist.
Select the playlist and execute "Import Playlist" in the right click menu.
Tracks in the Device will be imported in the Collection along with the hot cues.
