difference between DDJ-SR2 and the DDJ-SX3?

One reason you might prefer the DDJ SX-3 is it has two UBS inputs... so, if one USB goes down, you have an extra.. if you use two laptops and one laptop crashes, you have your second laptop. That said, I am currently having a bitch getting my SX3 to work, and Pioneer thinks they will get back to me in three days.. so, god knows what to recommend... I am disappointed.
