Importing Rekordbox (5.8.70 playlists to iTunes (12.9.5)?

My itunes Library has corrupted, I think as a result of a loose cable, and I'm trying to rebuild it from my rekordbox playlists.

I use itunes to organise all my music (on my Lacie Rugged drive), including a lot of demos and promos that I wouldn't want to DJ with, and my rekordbox playlists consist of everything worthy of being played out that passes the first filtration process in itunes (and goes onto the Samsung SSD drive that I DJ with).

I've managed to load up an old itunes library from last December, so just need to update all the playlists that have made it to Rekordbox from this year into this old itunes library to bring it up to date, so am hoping to save these playlists from rekordbox, and then import them into itunes somehow.

I think it worth mentioning, that I have also been getting a warning on Rekordbox start up for some time now (Device Library Corrupted, do you want to delete device library?) for some time now. I was never sure what this referred to, whether it's my itunes library on my Lacie, or the Rekordbox library on my Samsung, so have always ignored it, and things have seemed to work without too much problem, but feel now might be a good time to address this issue as well.
