Ability to change mouse behavior when dragging songs to lists or decks

While trying to organize my library of songs in Rekordbox, there's something that's been getting on my nerves.  The way it currently works is, if you are dragging a song to either another list or deck, either your current playlist or the left pane (the one where playlists and etc. are shown) scrolls as you near the top or bottom with the mouse, and also the mouse wheel currently only scrolls through your current playlist while dragging a song.  This is especially more trouble if not in the full browser view, and it's a pain to get your list to where you left off each time.  I'd like to propose a toggle in the preferences that either keeps it this way or changes the behavior so that the lists will only move by scrolling the mouse wheel and what is scrolled is based on what pane the mouse is currently over.
