Please please please implement a relative tempo/pitch fader option

From googling I seen some mention years ago, and it was said that it would be passed on to the team.  Coming over from Serato, I'd like something that operates similar to how Serato DJ does it please, with a shift function that allows you to move the fader to whatever position you want it in and then change the tempo from there.  I understand this isn't how the software currently functions. This option should be a basic functionality of any industry leading DJing software.
