External HDD not not visible on Rekordbox

Hi, I'm using RB Ver 6.8.5 and suddenly my External HDD is not visible anymore.. even the Explorer tab is not there anymore.. I tried all the Mac Security controls and nothing works.. can anyone help me here please.. Thanks Duhan

Please double check and make sure that it is formatted to FAT32. 

In System Preferences (of your Mac) -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy tab, select Files and Folders and allow rekordbox to use Removable Volumes.

Hi this also didn't work..
I applied both Steps you mentioned above but still the Explorer Tab is not visible on the lest hand corner of RB hence HDD will not be visible..

No way of Attaching pics for review..
