Audibax Monster 200 Hybrid no color??

Greetings to everyone. I have this moving head model: Audibax Monster 200 Hybrid. In lighting mode, it appears in the library, but it only moves with white light and doesn't display any other colors. The white light appears and fades smoothly. However, when selecting a color, it still continues to show only white. Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this? Thanks.
