Still using my DDJ RB, issues with activation

I have a DDJ RB scince 2017, has been a great tool for my dj performances, i love the 5, 6 and 7 version of rekordbox, however yesterday i noticed that my controller no longer works on Rekordbox 6 its asking for a plan, so i decided to move back to Rekordbox 5 and now that i try to activate my softwere with my licence key its prompting an error 19, i went to my old laptop and try to deactivate the licence and i got a error 22, what can i do?
