Rekordbox 6: USB Library Corrupted, But Accessible in Rekordbox 4

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue where my USB library shows as "corrupted" in Rekordbox 6, and it suggests deleting it. However, I can still open and access my library without any issues using Rekordbox 4 on my computer. Is there a way to "heal" or save the library from Rekordbox 4 so I can use it in Rekordbox 6? Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Gabriel

Unfortunately when this happens, the only solution is to format the USB and export the playlists again to it.

It may still work on some devices, but you cannot export or import from it unless you format it.

If I recall correctly, "import from USB" is only supported from Rekordbox 5 and up. So if the USB still can be read from RB 5, then you can import it (and it's audio files) into Rekordbox 5 and then sync it to a fresh formatted USB. Or you can export to XML and import that XML to RB6/7.
