Big Wave Forms from Beatport in MP3 are not showing on XDJ-RX display screen

I have the XDJ-RX and the Big Wave Forms on the display are not showing, just a blank screen. my downloads are from Beatport in MP3. i did not prepared the music mp3 in rekordbox to export it to a USB drive. i just copied the music over from my laptop downloaded folder on the desktop through beatport website.
