Hardware-Unlock not Working on FLX6 GT

unfortunately the hardware-unlock from rekordbox is not working -

I already registered the controller to my alpha theater account through the account-page. But the software still locks and limits the functions. Then I tried to press "Check for Active devices" in the plan section of the rekordbox settings, but everytime it opens a rekordbox web-page and does nothing...

Then I read in a forum that I should try to make the product registration in the software directly - but when I click help, the option to register the product is disabled!!

I'm using the new Version of rekodbox 7 on my mac. My Controller is a DDJ FLX6 GT

Why??! It's really frustrating cause I have to prepare for my next plays, but Im not able to use the Auto-Cue function for example. I need some help as soon as possible.
