DDJ FLX 10

I'm having an issue with brand new controller where it plays a song and freezes in the middle of the song and then continues playing. It happens randomly and I m using Serato DJ Pro 3.2.1 version on Windows 10. I have already opened  a case with Pioneer and taking long to get a resolution
