DDJ-Rev 7 Driver Dowmload Issues

Hello,

I just bought the DDJ-Rev 7 and when I try to plug the USB into my Macbook Pro, my computer doesn't read it.  When I try to download the drivers off the pioneer website, my computer gives me a warning that says it can't download the drivers and gives a reason: "no mountable files."  I would love to use this controller asap, can you please help me solve this issue?
