DDJ-REV5: UNRESPONSIVE BUTTONS

Just got my Pioneer DDJ Rev5 but unfortunately having a few issues right out the box! The left side or deck 1 is working fine... but on the right side or deck 2, Autoloop, Vocal Stem and Auto BPM Transition buttons do not work! I've tried a firmware update from pioneer and a software update on Serato but neither worked! I also tried restarting both the mixer and my laptop but that didn't work either I did realize that when I hit loop on Serato itself on my Mac it lights up as in Video 2 but does not work to shut off the feature... but Vocal Stem button and Auto BPM transition still don't seem to work. If someone has some idea as to going on I'd love to resolve! Otherwise I'm going to return 🥲
