Hello, I really need help with my controller since it keeps disconnecting... I sent two videos where one disconnects from Rekordbox and connects the DDJ-RB controller again. And the other video is only on Windows 10. The latest update disconnects when playing from the controller and reconnects. "The controller does not turn off when it is disconnected in Windows or Rekordbox" so we can download what you say about the power.Our colleagues have replied to your ticket, so please get back to them when you can.
