ALL LIGHTS FLICKERING CONSTANTLY ON XDJ RR

was in the middle of a mixing session and suddenly all the lights on the right side of the controller{deck2} started flickering. turned the power off and back on and as the device was booting up the lights were fine. as soon as rekordbox finished loading the whole right side starts flickering again. buttons still seem to work but seem less responsive. thought to try and update firmware but it appears the buttons are no longer working. HELP
