Help Needed - DDJ-FLX10 Showing "ERR USB" Message

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with my DDJ-FLX10. When I power it on, the firmware loads on the effects screen, but then I always get the message "ERR USB."

I've tried everything: changing cables, switching USB ports, reinstalling the firmware and drivers. However, when I attempt to reinstall the firmware directly, the installation gets stuck at 7%, and I'm unable to turn the controller back on (even though my computer still detects it). I have to wait for the master LED to randomly turn red before the installation works, but the conditions for this LED to appear seem completely unpredictable. Once the firmware is reinstalled, the "ERR USB" message comes back.
