CDJ3000 Unsupported File Format

Hey! I went to a gig last night and found out that some of my files weren't working. I've been trying to compare the ones that worked and not worked as well as the owner's manual of the CDJ3000, and I can't seem to find what the issue is. Here's an example of a song that wasn't working. If you don't want to squint, it's a 48kHz song with a bitdepth of 16, a VBR bitrate (although inspecting the file says 305 kbps, which is within the range).

I'm not quite sure what the issue is, so would appreciate some help. Also, this may not be any sort of cause, but I noticed that for some of the songs that didn't work, the waveform in rekordbox is "smaller" although it is just as loud (see second picture). It doesn't touch the edges of the box, although it is just as loud as my other songs that do.
