XDJ RX3 issue with pads/mixer lights

I am experiencing issues with the lights of the mixer (Db bars) and all the pads, plus CUE and Play buttons. 

Basically, while I am using the console, all the above mentioned lights switch off. The console is still working and the buttons operate correctly. The only lights remaining are the touch screen ones and in general all the lights in the upper part of the console. 

The only solution is to switch off and on the console to resotre all the lights, but this is a big problem while doing DJ sets. 

I have the latest firmware installed and I am using the console in standalone mode.

I shot a video showing exactly the lights that are off while the console is on. I don't know where I can post it. 

Any suggestions?
