Lost repair, no contact with alphatheta
Hi,
Has anyone had issues with their repairs? I had sent my rx3 system in for a repair around june time. UPS had lost it and it never got returned back to Pioneer. I had contacted them about this and they responded for a bit saying they were investigating it then stopped replying to me for months. I've tried phoning up but the number doesn't work either. Has anyone else had issues with this or know how they can solve this please?
