Firmware installation problems

Hello, 

I just purchased a XDJ-Rx3. I am trying to install the latest firmware. I am instructed to upload the new version 1.19 to to a flash drive in the FAT32 format. My Windows 10 pro laptop only formats in EXFAT. The controller will not recognize the EXFAT files. What are my options?
