Prevent Rekordbox from creating new folders in every piece of removable storage

I use Rekordbox regularly. I use it on a computer that regularly has multiple extenal drives connected that are not and will never be used for DJing. I regularly use these drives for poweruser tasks and require strict folder management. They remain in the computer at all times and I cannot enable read-only. It is incredibly frustrating to need to clean these drives every single time I launch rekordbox.

This is very poor software etiquette. If any other software created file structures unilaterally on every piece of removable storage connected to a computer, you would assume it was malware. No software should be making changes to drives on a computer without permission.

A simple fix would be a simple YES/NO prompt for users to initialise a piece of external hardware upon exporting if it is detected that there is no PIONEER folder. There are plenty of other possible solutions to this issue but this is an example of how simple of a fix it could be.

There is a post from 7 years ago of people with this issue. There are also a multitude of reddit posts about this issue. This is not a new issue and there are clearly plenty of people that get annoyed about this.
