DDJ SB3 audio dropouts and freezing when used with serato DJ pro

My serato pro software has been freezing and dropping out when my DDJ SB3 has been connected to it. I’ve tried reducing my latency and restarting my computer. Serato does not have audio dropouts when the controller is disconnected. Also, the pairing of the two worked fine all summer in performance and practice, but has randomly started having problems in the las week or so
