CDJ 3000 touch screen not responding
My CDJ 3000's screen suddenly stopped working. I've cleaned the screen and around the edges and updated the firmware. I thought it might be related to some setting in Rekordbox on the USB, but the two CDJs are linked, and the other one's screen is fine.

If your device's power cord is properly connected and you have downloaded and installed the latest firmware updates, we would suggest having your DJ unit inspected at one of our Authorized Service Centers.

The service guys are fully trained and have a wealth of experience working on Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta equipment. They will be able to test your DJ device fully and advise you on the next steps.
