Hello,

I am having a problem where the beat loop keeps activating randomly and only on the right side of the mixer. I am also noticing that the button that says " 2x " is non responsive as well. I am able to press the " 1/2x" button to decrease the loop size but when I press the " 2x " button it does not increase the loop size and does not respond at all. It does however light up red when I press the shift button.

When the Beat loop becomes activated I can de-activate it by pressing the Beat Loop button but then minutes later it gets randomly activated again without me touching it.

The DJM S9 has the latest firmware 1.09 and I have also tried a factory reset through the menu settings and it has not resolved the problem.

I have tried using a different USB cable and it is still happening. I have also tried both USB ports on the Mixer and it is happening no matter which USB port I connect to.

I am using a Mac with Serato DJ Pro software. Nothing has changed on my Mac.

Update:

I have tried connecting my 2nd laptop (a windows laptop) and have noticed everything is working and responding fine for the first 5 minutes including the " 2x " button (so this confirms that the button does actually work) But after 5 mins the " 2x " button starts activating by itself and increasing the loop size on its on even though the loop has not been activated as yet, and then shortly after the " 4 Beat Loop " button starts activating on its own and then the " 2x " button stops responding when I press it at that point.

Has anyone ever come across something like this ?
