Wednesday and Thursday... Its almost end of day thursday still no light fixture added (Floridabar-II)

I am trying to submit a lighting fixture request but it's not working, I was told in the posts below that it would be here wednesday or thursday and still nothing. This is essentially crunch time as I have an event on 5 October in a Castle in Italy and I am not getting any support as promised. I will have to go without paired lights and just manual it unless the update happens fast. I will really REALLY appreciate it and the 600 guests will appreciate it if you could fix it. It's for the troops overseas serving. Thank you:

Your fixture has already been added to the rekordbox lighting fixture library. Please find "Algam" instead of "Algam Lighting" as shown below.
Hello. I see that it was added late and are on there now, but the 27 channel, 9 channel, and 5 channel don't work as probably it's supposed to. Below are the colors that work and the functions that don't work:
Ch001-Ch004 work as intended
Ch005 does not rotate the derby. (although it works if I mess around and add a random manufacturer's derby) but it messes up the colors if I do t hat.
Ch006-Ch019 Work as intended
Ch0020 does not rotate the derby. (although it works if I mess around and add a random manufacturer's derby) but it messes up the colors if I do t hat.
Ch021-Ch22 work as intended
Ch023 does not rotate the laser
Ch024-Ch027 strobe turns on. But they stay on in the "ON" position unless I click the blackout button. They also do not work individually as intended, they are all on or off. Please could we get someone to look at this and fix?
