Cdj 3000 tracks skipping/ jumping- silence then it comes back in off beat

We have been encountering issues at our radio station and believe it’s down to the cdj 3000s. We have 6 x cdj3000s linked and v10 mixer. What happens is the audio will randomly go silent and then it will come back in at a different point in the track off beat. It’s happened to many of our djs with different tracks/ usb devices. The one constant is it never happens on a deck that has the usb plugged in, it’s always a linked deck. After some research and looking at the forum it seems others have this issue but I have no idea if a solution has been found to this by pioneer? Not sure what version of firmware the cdjs are running, is there a version that might solve this issues, it’s really frustrating out DJs now… Any guidance on solving this would be appreciated.
