Please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if they make a difference:

• How to reset MIDI configuration

Make sure you are using a stable USB connection.

• Try another USB cable;
• Try to connect the USB cable to other USB ports;
• Disconnect other products connected to the computer;
• Make sure to connect the DJ device directly to the computer without a USB hub;
• If you are using a USB converter, please make sure you use a genuine Apple product for higher stability.

If your DJ device is not recognized, try to connect your DJ device to another computer and see if this makes a difference.

Make sure the latest firmware version is installed on your DDJ-FLX4 controller.

• Firmware update

Please disable programs running in the background and see if that makes a difference:

• Close all software and needless processes running in the background of your system;
• Deactivate your Bluetooth connection;
• Deactivate your Wi-Fi connection;
• Disable any security software, VPN, Firewall, and/or Anti-Virus software (security software programs can prevent smooth data processing between your DJ unit and your computer).
