DDJ-1000 not showing as an Audio Output device on Mac OS Sonoma (Updated 14OCT2024)

I have just updated to Mac OS Sonoma and the DDJ-1000 is not showing as an option for Audio Output. I have uninstalled/re-installed a dozen times and it is still not showing. I have checked all permissions etc. and Audio Driver is installed and still no DDJ-1000 Output option on Rekordbox.

I also have a FLX-4 which has no issues showing as an Audio Output so it seems to be just the DDJ-1000.

Please assist ASAP.
