DDJ 400 controller error auto loop when using the search knob

Hello,

So, I have this problem for a while now, when I search some tracks using the search noob(only that knob), sometimes the track automatically gets in auto loop for 3/4 or 1/4 measure(don t remember exactly), and I have to manually move forward or backward on the track so that it can play normally again.

Anyone any change to have a clue on why it messes with my nerves like that ? 

It might be a hardware problem, when using the search knob maybe internally something pushes the 3/4 loop feature ?
