Groove Circuit Files
How do I permanently delete these loop sample from Groove Circuit or disable this function all together? I delete the files from the source folder, but they just keep coming back every time I reopen Rekorkdbox. Annoying!!!

Unfortunately it is not possible to completely remove them.
I have forwarded your request to the rekordbox team for future consideration.
This also happened to me yesterday. Crappy software will crap.
Upvote from me. Annoying forced gimmick, much like the "mix point" function.....
I delete them every time I open the app, out of principle. But my God it would be great if it was possible to permanently delete them.
Found the solution. Locate the folder where the files are stored. Delete the audio files, then lock the folder (get info on Mac) not sure on windows. 100% working!
It blocks Rekordbox from accessing this folder
Hope this also doable on windows!
