DDJ-SX firmware

Hi, I have a DDJ-SX in for repair. It seems dead, and after probing around with a scope I found that IC24 (STM8S207 µC) is resetting repeatedly. I think the firmware in it is corrupted and it is watchdog reset in an endless loop. I can see the x-tal oscillator starts up breefly between reset cycles. I found the firmware v1.07 file, and I have an ST Link V2. Can I somehow use this, and the firmware file, to flash firmware into IC24 through the 4-pin CN10 programming connector?
