U'KING LED MOVING HEAD ZQ02339 Mistake/Error
First of all I would like to add that this homepage is so bad. Truly so badly – I cannot login to the stupid webpage as soo many cannot do this see this Post: https://community.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/22979193793305-Pioneer-DJ-Website-problem) - could pioneer PLZ DOOO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?
Also with deleting the Cache and so on I cannot log in – I contacted the support also but they are not answering of- course.
Again:
I Managed to install the fixture ZQ02339 in rekordbox. But there is still an issue or a mistake with the device fixture. Something is not correct with the DMX input as provided in Rekordbox at the moment.
I have to manually overwrite CH 11 (Strobe) with the value 255 so that it is working correctly.
I think its dimmer is slow when the value start from 0 and fast with a value of 240- dimmer and so on and so forth.
CH 11 with a value of 255 the dimmer OFF… which makes the Fixture work perfectly for me
So in my Option the Default value has to be 255 for CH 11. Can you confirm that?
Can you something doo about it?
With Manually ch 11 overritten to 255 it works flawlessly but this cannot be "an easy" fix because i am loosing a single Direct DMX button to do so.

DEAR PIONEER DJ /ALPHA what ever. please make sure that this website works. i had to recreate a new account and install chrome. with all other browsers this homepage does not work proper.
Of course, all modes were updated accordingly. These are the instructions by Pioneer for login issues:

Chances are the issue is their browser’s cookies due to Pioneer’s SSO login. Typical instructions to users are:
