hello community, I am the owner of a DDJ 400 and at one time I have a problem in pre-listening, because I am LOW to hear. I saw videos saying that it could be the power cable, I even tried to use another cable but the pre-listening on the headphones remains low. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE? 

 

detail that the beat fx light keeps flashing, probably defective.

EM Português: olá comunidade, sou proprietário de uma DDJ 400 e a um tempo tenho problema na pré escuta, por estar BAIXA de ouvir. vi vídeos falando que poderia ser o cabo de força, até tentei usar outro cabo mas a pré escuta nos fones continua baixa. ALGUÉM SABE O QUE PODE SER FEITO?

Hi Iago,

Check the Headphones volume controls are set correctly on the DJ device;

  • Turn the HEADPHONES MIXING knob to the center;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob all the way to the left;
  • Press the MASTER CUE button;
  • Press your desired Channel CUE button;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob slowly to the right.
