XDJ XZ - Effects not working

Hello,

I have been loving my XZ for the last 2 year, however last week, the Effects Button(Blue Button) stopped working.

The buttom is still lit, but no longer activates when I press it.

I am, however, still able to use the effects via the touch pad, but this isn't really ideal for my style of DJ'ing.

Also, the channel selector above the effects button seems to have malfunctioned. When I move it to Channel 2 for example, it shows as 'Mic A' on the screen. The only way it works like is by selecting 'CrossFader A' or 'CrossFader B'.

1st world problems I know, but I don't want to replace my controller yet.

To add, I have also updated the firmware, and tried the old 'Turn it off and turn it back on again' technique.

Any assistance with getting it fixed would be much appreciated
