No sound from headphones connected to DDJ FLX4

Hello, I don't hear any sound. I have done the following:

pushed cue above the fader/master volumes

trims are both on

headphones are in the headphone jack at bottom of the controller

i have also attached my settings which match what it should look like in other forums - thanks!
