CDJ3000 usb drive disconnected during the gig and would not connect again

I experienced usb drive issues on specific CDJ3000 i one of the clubs I often gig. The same thing happened 3 times on 3 different dates. After about 2h of usage, when I've been scrolling through playlist the player completely freezed, none of the buttons or touch screen been working anymore, but the music was still playing from the device. On the screen I got the "Waiting..." the playlist dissapeared and nothing else happened. After a moment the other linked CDJ got into emergency loop. I safely removed the usb drive restarted the offending CDJ3000 and plugged in the drive again, but the drive has not been read anymore. I've connected different usb drive with the same issue. I've connected the same drive to my XDJ700 which I have at home just after that situation and there was no issues with reading that drive.

The firmware of the CDJ3000s is the latest one.
The drive that caused the issue is: WD Black SN850X 1TB SSD in ICY BOX IB-1817M-C31 enclosure.
The others are usb sticks used are Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB and 256 GB.
Everything formatted to FAT32 Master Boot Records.

Yesterday I made some testing on mentioned pair of CDJ3000 but could not get them to make this issue during normal operation, tried to scroll like crazy, moved the enclosure cable around to check if maybe the connections are bad but got nothing. After a while I thought of just removing the drive by force by just unplugging the usb. After that just one of the players could not read the disk anymore, the other one was reading it completely fine. After that both of the CDJs were reading the usb sticks fine. I tried the same procedure again with the usb sticks and they were working fine no matter how many times I janked them out of the player without safe eject.... So it seems this is happening on just one CDJ3000 with this specific disk / enclosure combination.
I've been playing with this disk on many CDJ3000, CDJ2000NXS2. CDJ2000NXS1, XDJ1000 and on my home XDJ700 and I just have this issue with this particular club device. I've even played 4h gig week after last issue, from the same drive on some CDJ2000 and is was rock solid experience. I've been talking with other djs and the club manager but noone has experienced such issues.

Is it some specific bug here or faulty device?
Is there anything more I can debug / check this specific CDJ?
